SUMMARY:Down To The Earth Beer Tasting & Tour
DESCRIPTION:Come join us as we focus on and celebrate a few of earth’s greatest treasures — clay and grains! This one-of-a-kind tour of The Bray you will discover our unique grounds\, vibrant exhibitions in our galleries\, and the excitement of what our resident artists are creating in the Summer Studios and Shaner Studio Complex. \n\n\n\nThroughout this tour attendees will enjoy a beer tasting curated by Bethany Flint and Tim Chisman from Blackfoot River Brewing Co. Beers selected will reflect how these producers\, much like the Bray’s resident artists\, take risks in their production process\, push materials and ingredients\, expand boundaries\, highlight historic practices while also allowing the process to influence enjoyment in exploration — both in creation and consumption. \n\n\n\nAdditionally\, beverages will be served in handcrafted ceramic cups created by local Bray artist and staff member Sunshine Cobb. As an attendee you will get to keep the ceramic cup adding it to your very own collection of Bray ceramic wares and artwork. \n\n\n\nLight snacks will be provided. We recommend enjoying a picnic dinner on our grounds prior to or after the tour at any of our numerous picnic tables.
