Nonprofit Accountant

Summary of Position:
The Nonprofit Accountant oversees and executes the organization’s bookkeeping and accounting functions. They will work closely with senior management and provide leadership through financial analysis and oversight. They are responsible for overseeing financial transactions, internal controls, reporting, tax filings, audits, monitoring of funds and budgeting. They will work with the Resident Artist Director, Director of Operations, program heads, Treasurer and Board of Directors. Full-time, salaried, exempt position. EEO

Communications and Administrative Assistant

Summary of Position:
The Communications and Administrative Assistant provides support for the programmatic and executive staff at the Archie Bray Foundation and initial engagement with visitors and the public. The position is full-time and reports to the Director of Operations but also requires the ability to work closely with several areas across the organization as well as provide support for the Resident Artist Director. This is a permanent, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications and the size of the organizational budget.
