BEFORE YOU APPLY- PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO APPLICATION TYPES (US RESIDENTS AND INTERNATIONAL)
Applications for 2026 artist residencies will be accepted between September 30 and December 19.
As always, we are looking for a good mixture of ceramic artists who make functional, sculptural, conceptual, or other work.
Please be aware that, in 2026, The Bray will celebrate its 75th anniversary. We anticipate things will be busier than usual. Residents will be asked to volunteer at all receptions, especially the week of July 20-25. Thank you for your understanding!

How to Apply
Applications for The Bray artist in residence program each year will be accepted online from September through December 17. By following the apply online link you will be taken to Slideroom.com which will allow you to register and upload your images and other information.

Application Check List
When applying please submit the following information:
TIP *For good image quality and a fast upload, your image files must be sized around 1800 x 1800 pixels at 72 dpi (approximately 6" x 6" at 300 dpi). Please do not submit images smaller than this requirement.
Your completed application must be received on or before December 17, 2025
