The Archie Bray Foundation is dedicated to creativity and innovation in the ceramic arts. To sustain its international leadership in the field, the Bray relies on the creative and financial contributions of its benefactors. Guided by its mission, “to provide for all those who are seriously and sincerely interested in the ceramic arts, a fine place to work,” the Bray offers competitive artist residencies; state-of-the art ceramic studios; fellowships and artist stipends; a full curriculum of community classes; site-specific sculpture; a visiting artist and workshop program, and exhibitions of world-class ceramic art.
The Bray gratefully accepts in-kind gifts as well as contributions of cash and securities. Gifts may be unrestricted to support the greatest organizational needs or restricted to a particular purpose.
The State of Montana encourages contributions to permanent endowments held by or on behalf of Montana charitable organizations such as the Archie Bray Foundation through a special tax credit.
