Tracy Cosgrove is a longtime supporter of arts and social justice organizations as both a professional and a volunteer. She spent 10 years in financial leadership at the Missoula Art Museum, and prior to that was the COO at Forward Montana. She has served on the boards of nonprofits at the state, regional, and national level, including as treasurer of Montana Conservation Voters and the Seattle-based Social Justice Fund, and as chair of the YWCA USA in Washington, D.C. and the Minnesota Women’s Foundation. She currently serves as the board treasurer of the Georgia-based Jeannette Rankin Foundation, which provides non-traditional women students with post-secondary education scholarships. She is passionate about building robust business models for mission-driven work and truly believes that art saves lives.
